Participation Agreement for the 2026 Annual Conference of the BDK (Association of German Piano Makers)
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract (receipt of the confirmation of participation by the participant).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, the Association of German Piano Makers (BDK), represented by its Chairman, Andreas Harke, [Postal Code, City, Street, House Number, Telephone, Email Address], by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
... Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
